ORDERS & DELIVERY 

UK STANDARD DELIVERY - Free with orders over £50

You can choose between Standard or Express. 

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Cost: £3.19 for orders less than £50.
    • Carrier: Royal Mail 2nd Class.
    • Delivery Time: 2-4 working days.
    • Exclusions: Weekends, bank holidays, the Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland.

  • Express Shipping:

    • Cost: £4.19 for orders less than £50.
    • Carrier: Royal Mail Tracked 24 with notifications for the recipient.
    • Delivery Time: 1-3 working days.
    • Exclusions: Weekends, bank holidays, the Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland.

Order Processing

We keep most items in stock. Orders received before 1 PM will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail (excluding Sundays and UK bank holidays). If an item is not in stock, it will be dispatched within a week due to our unique handcrafted process.

MADE A MISTAKE?

We are unable to guarantee the processing of amendments or cancellations once your order has been received by our warehouse team. If we do catch your order in time we will only be able to amend the delivery addresses or we can cancel your order and refund your payment.

Please contact us as soon as possible to request an amendment or cancellation.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been finished and dispatched.

PERSONALIZED JEWELLERY 

Personalized accessories are made to order and can it take me 5 or 6 days to finish them. Rest assured, we will dispatch your perfectly personalized items as soon as they are ready! 

I’ll try to finish your order as soon as possible, and I will send you an email when is shipped. 

Please note, due to the bespoke nature of these products, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

 

IMPORTANT:

If you need your package by a specific date, please send me an email before ordering to verify that it can arrive in time. I want you to receive your goods as soon as possible, and I'll do my best to accommodate any special requests! 

 

SHIPPING STATUS

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has been dispatched. The email will include a tracking number.

 

EU DELIVERY

We have temporarily suspended accepting orders for EU and international delivery due to issues arising from Brexit. We are working hard to reinstate international shipping as soon as possible. Includes Chanel Islands & N. Ireland.
