Refund policy
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We hope that you will be happy with your MAAS La Tienda order. However, if within 30 days of purchase you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction.
All pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging along with your completed returns note.
Please note that earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons. We are unable to refund or exchange any earrings purchased at MAAS La Tienda. Also exempt from any refund or exchange are Bespoke, made to order items or jewellery altered to a customer request.
MAAS La Tienda will not refund the original postage costs.
To return an item to us, please follow the below steps:
Contact us and provide your order number. This can be done via email to hello@maaslatienda.com. Returns must be made within 30 working days of order delivery. Securely package your item. Please clearly address the package to:

Return the item to us via a secure, trackable service. If you are in the UK.
MAAS La Tienda does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer, therefore, we strongly recommend using a secure and tracked service to return the goods to MAAS. Please be sure that your package is prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
Please Note:
+ Returns received outside of the above stated timelines are accepted at the discretion of MAAS La Tienda.
+ Refunds will be issued within 3 days of receiving your return.
+ All refunds of undamaged and unworn products that have been correctly return, will be credited to the customer via the original method of purchase.
+ MAAS La Tienda cannot accept responsibility for items returned to us without proof of postage.
+ Your delivery costs will be refunded only if you receive a faulty or incorrect item.
+ Any items displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
RETURNING FAULTY GOODS
If the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please email hello@maaslatienda.com so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs of postage to return the goods and issue a re-delivery.
Faulty items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within the 3 months after delivery. All items that are returned as faulty will be assessed MAAS La Tienda, and any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty. We offer a full repairs service for such items. There will be a small charge for this service, to cover the cost of the repair along with any shipping costs incurred.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email of your refund once your return has been processed. All refunds will be issued back to the same payment method from which the transaction was made and will take approximately 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
PROCESSING YOUR EXCHANGE
Subject to stock availability we will exchange eligible items that are returned to us within 30 days. In cases where we are unable to provide an exchange, we will first offer a refund. The new item will be delivered to you once we have received the returned item and it has undergone a quality control check.
GIFT RETURNS
If you have received an item as a gift, we will happily offer an exchange for an item of the same or greater value.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order placed online at maaslatienda.com please email hello@maaslatienda.com
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if they have not already been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, then we are unable to redirect it, so request that you follow the above return instructions upon receipt.
